Rules & Regulation & Information for Confirming the Booking / of the property (Dawaipani & Majhidhura):-

1. Booking will be confirmed after paying advance. Pay the rest amount before check in or just after check in.
2. There will be no refund for any cancelation, only the deposited amount must be adjustable or reschedule in further booking within 1 years.
   • Cancelation polices :-
     • 100% Adjustable – If cancellation is made 30 days prior to check-in.
     • 50% Adjustable – If cancellation is made 21 days prior to check-in.
     • 25% Adjustable – If cancellation is made 14 days prior to check-in.
     • No adjustable If cancellation is made within 14 days prior to check-in.

3. Due to COVID-19 on any unavoidable situation if there is any lockdown or any situation that I have to close my homestay, there will be no refund. ONLY YOU CAN DO RECHEDULE. THERE IS NO TIME LIMIT.
4. Reschedule will done as per availability.
5. SOME IMPORTANT NOTE: Dawaipani & Majhidhura both are offbeat village beside the jungle. With full of natural beauty. RAINBOW HOMESTAY is a simple nature friendly homestay not luxury. It’s a purely NATURE STAY. Sometimes we face unavoidable situation like sudden electricity cut then we can provide candles, other backup is not available till. And we provide natural sources of water, which comes from the jungle through pipe and that is 1 KM long approximately. So we face many trouble in the summer times from May to June. Then we have to buy water. If any sudden problem happens it takes time to regularize the situation.

7. Dawaipani & Majhidhura both are offbeat village, for that reason we restrict loud music at night after 9 P.M.
8. Please respect our homestay but feel comfortable. Treat it as your own house for the duration of your stay.
9. The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damages to the homestay property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible.
